Well, aside from the bunch of money I had to pay the school...

As usual, I am updating after the fact. I have just returned from a field trip to New York; didn't find anything I wanted to buy (we mostly visited crappy souvenir shops). I did purchase a $3 pretzel from this one vendor to find out later that the pretzels are only really worth $1, wellaway! I got to see Phil-orchestras and Met-museums and that sort of thing, and I hope I didn't look too much like a gawky tourist (I didn't even bring a camera )
It also seems that for the last half of a year I forgot to put in those club icons that you're supposed to put in your journal. Isn't that ridiculous? I don't even think about the time passing.
So this is for all those folk finding me out after I put pictures in the TEF club!!

And for the Cirque folk, who also come in cycles depending on when I make fan-art (I think I am due for some more soon, but maybe I'll make something inspired by it instead)

How disappointing, my favourite painting at the student art show is just a copy of [link] - I wonder how many of those entries were replications?
This reminds me that I must stop relying so heavily on other works if I want my stuff to have any artistic merit!!

And I'm sick, now I go make miserable art.

By things I mean artworks, and by right I mean presentable.
I have a bunch of things I ought to put up, but first I will have to finish them...

I have just returned from the Saltimbanco premiere! (I kind of forgot to mention I was going for the last 4 months)
Sitting in the front row is super rad despite the neck strain (and having my seat stolen by Baroques), especially during trapeze.
ah flying right over top of my head!!
Anyway, it was a very excellent start to their arena tour!

As for art, I have three 'dreams' that are pretty not finished, two or three Cirque pictures that also need work, and now I have an inexplicable urge to draw something '80s-tastic.
(never going to finish a thing, alas)

I had the idea to start a series of pictures based on the people/places/things I have seen in my dreams. Now that I think about it it's kind of a dumb idea because my dreams aren't any more interesting than anyone else's, but I already have sketches so I don't know ey!
Maybe I should try eating some cheese before going to bed

The only other news I have is that Mel is going off to be trained as a lesson horse tomorrow! Maybe now I'll be able to ride her outside without dying. We gave her a bath today too.. that was something
